Locked out of my data file

I am locked out of my data file after updating to 6.5 from 5.1. The Kagi folks were nice but told me I must deal directly with inakasoftware.com to work this issue. Have not received a reply from inaka after 2 business days.

Does anyone know how to contact a human within the Inaka Software company?
