[FAQ] (Mac Only) I Don't see the box to enter my name/password! Help?
Q: (Mac OS X Only) I Don't see the box to enter my name/password! It's stuck in the DEMO mode...Help?
It could be that you accidently entered in the password incorrectly the first time and then pre-saved it, so it's pre-entered (incorrectly) each time.
If this is the case Mac OS X users will want to try the following:
A. Please go into the following:
Applications > Utilities
Then find the application called Keychain Access.app
Launch Keychain Access.app, and see if Computer Cuisine is listed anywhere here in the password area. HIGHLIGHT ONLY COMPUTER CUISINE and delete it from the list.
2. Make sure you are launching a fresh version you just downloaded from our site and open that folder to launch Computer Cuisine Deluxe.
Launch it by opening that new/fresh folder and drag the data icon onto the icon for the Computer Cuisine app. This way I know you're launching the newly download fresh version.
3. Then re-enter the account name and password at startup because you will now see the login box:
Please copy/paste your original account name and password to unlock Computer Cuisine Deluxe.
NOTE: DO NOT ENTER YOUR PERSONAL NAME. THIS IS THE ACCOUNT ACCESS NAME. Please enter the account name exactly from your registration email.
4. This name/password can be saved by clicking "Remember this password in my keychain".
Also, please do NOT save the password until you know you have entered it in correctly and you see the splash screen that shows it is registered.
